Tractor Trailer Hitch
Can someone explain these things please ?
Got a project/presentation to do on designing/developing anything from a list of choices. There are a few which I never heard of/understood. Please explain and if possible provide examples 
-A safer, more efficient, and quieter air mover for room use
-A rain-sensitive house window (whats this???)
-A built-in auto refrigerator (auto? built in what??)
-Shield to prevent corn spillage where the drag line dumps into the sheller elevator[angle varies]
-An automatic tractor-trailer-hitch aligning device
-A windshield deicer
-A collector for dust(smoke) particles from stacks.
I'll give this my best shot:
"A safer, more efficient, and quieter air mover for room use"
You're looking for something that will move air into or out of a room. An simple example would be a fan in a window.
"A rain-sensitive house window (whats this???)"
Maybe a window that closes itself? I'm not very sure.
"A built-in auto refrigerator (auto? built in what??)"
I would imagine auto=car. So a refrigerator for a car.
"Shield to prevent corn spillage where the drag line dumps into the sheller elevator[angle varies]"
A sheller elevator would hold corn before going into a sheller. Other then that I'm not going to be able to help you with this one.
"An automatic tractor-trailer-hitch aligning device"
A tractor-trailer has two parts. Namely a "tractor" (the part with the engine) and a trailer (the big boxy part with all the cargo). They're looking for something that would automatically drive the tractor part until it was in the proper position for the trailer to be lowered onto it.
"A windshield deicer"
Something that would remove ice from a windshield. (Car windshield? Airplane windshield? The question doesn't really say. Right now this is normally done by spraying the windshield with deicing chemicals.
"A collector for dust(smoke) particles from stacks"
Something that would collect the soot from a factory (or anything that was making smoke). This is probably going to be some sort of filter.
