If your field is starting to get too huge for you to effectively farm, you can use some of the helpful tools that were added by the Farmville developer Zynga. You may need to consider investing in a vehicle if you are starting to get tired of ticking each little square of ground many times just to plant, plow, and harvest. Vehicles give you more time to appreciate your farm because they allow you to work four times quicker than your current pace. You should really consider purchasing a vehicle if you have expanded more than a few times and have an enormous farm.
Available Vehicles
Farmville gives you a choice between four different: Seeder, Harvester, Red Tractor and a Pink Tractor. With a big farm, you will need one of every kind . You should always budget wisely since each one of the stated vehicles costs 30,000 in Farm coins. Pick the tool that lets you spend as little time as possible doing the thing you like least if you can only afford one.
What They Can Do For You
You can now plant, plow or havest four times quicker with these nice vehicles that you've just purchased. They affect a 2x2 square of field, so each click of your mouse you seed, harvest, or plow 4 squares at once. Your farm must be appropriate for this template, so make a big square or rectangular fields. These will be the easiest and most effective way to work with.
Their Shortcomings
These vehicles need fuel to run. This is one catch that can be annoying to the farmers. Observe the fuel gauge that you can see in the lower left corner of your screen and watch as it gradually empties as you operate your vehicle. Your fuel is enough to plow 150 squares of field. When you run out of fuel, you are left with two options. You can either wait 6.5 hours for your tank to refill entirely or you can spend Farm cash to buy refills.
Like always, the greatest deal is buying the most refills—at 33 Farm Cash, you're only paying .33 Farm Cash for each refill. You might as well make the big investment and enjoy the best possible return if you are going to go this direction. However, you can just wait for your fuel tank to completely refill if you're feeling frugal. You have to strategize if you have severa crops going at once, so that your fuel tank has time to refill completely for the succeeding harvest.
The Conclusion
You should have vehicles after you expand your farm a couple times if you want to earn many coins. How you manage your fuel is up to you. Before making a purchase, be sure that you consider your goals for Farmville. Remember, you don't have to spend money to win this game, however sometimes it sure helps!
