Tractor Disc Harrow
how many HP tractor to pull a 8ft disk harrow?
i have a 8ft disk harrow with hydraulic wheels. i have a 55hp tractor now to pull it but i don't use full throttle i use bout a little over 1/2. Im looking to get a smaller tractor with loader and backhoe but need to know if it has enough power to pull this.
i shopped for weeks for a good allaround tractor a settled on a john deere 5103 i can not believe the power and ease of operation it has i have a 18 ft bat wing brush hog this tractor pulls it just as well as the 4020 john deere i had i got the 512 loader attachment on the front it picks up round bales like there hollow no effert plus the john deere was cheaper and the green hat looks good to
