why does my back still hurt?
i have had lower back pain for 2-3 months now. it started when i was pulling 4 people on a cart by a rope with my back twisted to the right. i was really sore and my back hurt. then a few days later we were flipping big tractor tires at track practice and i squated really low to pick it up and something kind of "popped" in my lower back and i had to sit down. that happened around march. now my back still hurts today not as much but when i do quick explosive movements off the group (ex plyometrics) then it hurts. i havent done squats since then, only leg press and plyos. i have a big football camp thats full contact june 11 and i dont want to miss it...but if my back still hurts i might. what do u think my problem is? when do u think it will heal?
those "diagnose yourself" websites may not be the best, (they can make you become a hypochondriac........ theyl tell you you have cancer when really you have a freakin brain freeze) and, anyways........go into the doctors for a check, or go see a chiropractor, if you insurance covers it.......
