Farmville Levels

Each level in Farmville allows you to unlock specific crops, earn a new title, and purchase new items. The following is a brief break down of how the game advances through the first few levels.

Field Hand
In the beginning, you will get 200 coins plus small field space. You must plow a 12x12 field so that you can reach the next level. You wont have any items unlocked and cannot gift anything.

Kinder Farmer
You can gift plum trees and you unlock hay bales and plum trees. Get 20 XP to move to the next level.

Amateur Farmer
You unlock colored hay bales, also gaining the ability to send fig trees and green hay bales. To move to the next level, you need to get 40 XP.

Able Farmer
You unlock squash seeds, crates, rest tent, chickens, and peach trees, also getting the ability to gift peach trees. For you to move to the next level, you need to get 90 XP.

Handy Farmer
You unlock pumpkin seeds, white and brown stools, also getting the ability to gift avocado trees. In order for you to move to the next level, you should get 200 XP.

You will level quite quickly in these early levels if you concentrate on planting and harvesting rather than spending coins on decorations for your field. There's lots of time for that later. Refer to a growing chart to figure out which crops will offer you the biggest return for the time and coins you have (read Farmville Crops for help with that chart!).

Nimble Farmer
You will get the ability to give horse topiary. 350 XP til the next level.

Savvy Farmer
You unlock rice seeds, butter churn, well, lemon trees and sheep, also gaining the ability to sell animals and trees and gift lemon trees and sheep. 550 XP til the next level.

Fancy Farmer
You can gift apricot trees plus you unlock raspberry seeds, wood pile, and tool shed . 800 XP til the next level.

Sophisticated Farmer
You unlock cotton seeds, cow topiary, bike, plus wagon. However, you do not gain any new gifts. To go to the next level, you should get 1300 XP.

Splendid Farmer
Unlock fruit stand, picnic table, wood fence, and lime tree.  You can also send lime trees and pigs. Get 1800 XP to go to the next level.

At this point you should have built up a decent amount of coins. You can spend a little on other things for your field but your bank account balance should never fall below 10,000 coins. This will permit you to replant if you lose a whole crop due to unforeseen circumstances.

Farming Magician
You can send grapefruit trees and you unlock fruit bell pepper seeds and stone mailbox. In order for you to reach the next level, you must get 2300 XP.

Farming Wizard
You unlock pepper seeds, tractors (red or pink), and wheelbarrow, also getting the ability to gift rabbits. Get 2800 XP to reach the next level.

Jolly Rancher
Unlock the grain silo, pink fence, wood bench, and harvester. You can now send the goat topiary. Get 3300 XP in order to go to the next level.

Produce Professional
You unlock aloe vera seeds, black/blue/green fence, and seeder, also gaining the ability to give banana trees. You've unlocked all the vehicles in the game at this point. In order for you to reach the next level, you must get 3900 XP.

Professor of Agriculture
You unlock pineapple seeds, covered wagon, and workshop. Now you can gift ducks. 4500 XP til the next level.

Well done!  It wont be too long til you become a World Fair Champ. Buy vehicles, expand sensibly, and keep growing those crops.
