Rear Tractor Ballast

Setting a tractor tire bead with starter fluid?
I've watched a whole bunch of youtube videos, and it seems very do-able. I've got the rim/tire jacked up off the ground, just need the bead set so it will hold air. Problem is - when I got it, they (dealer) put a fluid ballast in the rear tires, supposedly an alcohol/water mix so it won't freeze. If I try the starter fluid trick, will it ignite the alcohol as well and explode the tire (killing me in the process)? Please, personal experience with this problem is advice and answer I'm looking for.
My alternative is have a crew come out to do it costing me $300.
I would not advise trying the starter fluid "trick" unless you have someone show you in person and teach you how to do it. It is very dangerous and a lot of people have been seriously hurt or killed doing it.
My suggestion would be to go to the local Super Walmart or hardware store and get a heavy duty ratchet strap. Wrap the strap around the tire and tighten it until the bead touches the rim. While trying to add air to the tire, use a short handle maul hammer and hit the around on the outer tread where the strap is till it starts taking air. Remove the strap and finish airing up to specs.
PS. It may be necessary to reposition the strap several times before the tire will start taking air.
Hope this helps and good luck
