Pto Driveline
I have a massey furgeson tractor and the driveline is stuck at the pto stub?
I've tried pushing the spring loaded pin but still it won't budge. any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to disconnect my brushog and hook up my box blade.
If it was outdoors during winter it's probably just corroded. If the pin moves, tie it in the 'in' position (or use tape), then tie the brush hog to a tree and pull forward gently in 1st gear.
Or use a come-along or winch to pull on it. Heating with a torch (careful!) may also help free it by the expansion, which has the force to break it loose.
